WITH ITS COVETED CHAIRMAN’S CLUB AWARD

Orlando, FL – April 9, 2003 – Paul McGarigal, a professional real estate agent with RE/MAX Properties SW received the prestigious Chairman’s Club Award from RE/MAX International in a awards ceremony held recently in Lake Mary, Florida honoring the companies top real estate agents in the state of Florida. Don Hackenberg, president of RE/MAX Florida presided over the ceremonies.

There are more than 4,400 RE/MAX real estate agents in the state of Florida and Mr. McGarigal was one of just 50 to receive this top honor. Chairman’s Club Award recipients represent the top 1/10 of 1% of RE/MAX agents nationwide.

Mr. McGarigal earned the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award for his outstanding sales achievements in 2002. He personally sold over $31 million in residential real estate sales and closed more than 150 real estate transactions.
